Field Lane is a charity providing care and support for a diverse range of service users, including adults with learning disabilities, vulnerable families – many of who are homeless – and people in need of additional support to stay in their own home or with their families
What we are looking for
We support the six people living in the house and we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and individual -oriented person who will support our supported living project in Salfords near Redhill .
Main duties: :
-Provide personal care for the Clients in accordance with their individual person-centred plans or as directed by the Line Manager;
-Assist with general housekeeping e.g., laundry, cleaning, supporting clients with mealtimes etc.
-Assist clients with any activities including going to voluntary work and pursuing leisure interests such as the gym, cricket and swimming.
-Report any problems, concerns, accidents, and incidents to your line manager
Full training will be given but we are recruiting people with experience of supporting people. A caring and positive attitude is essential.
