The Opportunity & School Profile This prestigious independent school, set on extensive grounds in Hampshire, seeks a highly experienced Premises Manager. The role is critical in ensuring the security, upkeep, and smooth operation of a complex site that supports both day and boarding pupils, maintaining the school's exceptional standard of facilities. Core Responsibilities & Scope Strategic Management: Leading the site team, managing contractors, and overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for all buildings and grounds. H&S and Compliance: Full responsibility for site security, fire safety, and ensuring all statutory Health & Safety compliance across the estate. Boarding Focus: Ensuring high standards of safety and presentation are met across all residential and co-curricular facilities. Compensation & Benefits Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Salary Range: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
