You'll be inspiring young people through sport, helping them grow in confidence, and supporting their wellbeing both inside and outside the classroom. What You'll Be Doing Leading fun, engaging PE lessons that motivate and include every pupil. Supporting the PSHE curriculum, especially around health and wellbeing. Helping pupils develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally. Being a role model and mentor, encouraging resilience and teamwork. What We're Looking For Someone with drive, determination, and a caring nature. Great communication skills - with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Flexibility, resilience, and a good sense of humour. Experience working with young people with SEND needs. Sports coaching qualifications (Level 2 or above) or strong coaching experience.
