Leadership
1. Lead the SFTM Teams digital transformation of Collateral Management within Markets Operations.
2. Support the Senior Manager in delivering on client, risk, financial, change, and people goals.
3. Inspire and develop team members, helping them grow and thrive.
Delivery
4. Achieve results, even in challenging circumstances.
5. Encourage and empower others, removing barriers and championing collaboration
Stakeholder Management
6. Build positive relationships across Markets and Treasury, using established governance frameworks to influence and deliver outcomes
7. Engagement with Industry partners
Continuous Improvement
8. Identify and implement improvements to operational processes, controls, and client service
9. Champion innovation and strategic change across the team.
10. Mentor others to think creatively and deliver enhancements.
Industry Awareness
11. Stay informed about market, regulatory, and economic developments.
12. Represent the organisation at industry forums and events.
13. Promote sustainability and responsible business practices
What We Are Looking For:
14. At least 5 years’ experience in a post-trade environment.
15. Proven track record of leading and empowering teams.
16. Strong technical knowledge of collateralised products, exposures, valuations, and settlement processes.
17. Understanding of legal frameworks supporting collateralisation.
18. Familiarity with risk management principles and frameworks.
19. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
20. Analytical mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
21. Commitment to ethical behaviour and acting in the best interests of clients and partners across the business.
22. Ability to prioritize effectively in fast paced situations.
23. Passion for continuous improvement and delivering positive change.
