We are looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our network of temporary school support staff across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in different schools, gaining experience in a variety of educational settings while making a real impact on students learning and development.
What youll do:
Support students with a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and social/emotional challenges.
Work one-to-one or in small groups to support classroom learning and development.
Assist teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and SEN coordinators.
What were looking for:
Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN or classroom support role.
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or SEN support) are desirable but not essential.
DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one through the agency.
