1. Please describe your previous experience in actively contributing to the planning and coordination of learning programmes in an Early Years Establishment.
2. What skills, abilities, and experiences do you have that enable effective communication with children, parents/carers, team members, and outside agencies?
3. Describe a time you worked as part of a team. What was your role, and what would you do differently next time?
4. How would you support a child displaying distressed behaviours? What strategies would you employ?

You will be an enthusiastic, effective team member supporting and nurturing children, creating stimulating learning opportunities to deliver high-quality, child-centered early years provision that meets the needs of our youngest children and their families. You will be an innovative educator working in partnership with others.

Candidates should have experience working within an early years environment, be committed to ongoing professional development, and possess at least one of the following qualifications: NNEB, HNC, SVQ 3 Children’s Care Learning & Development, SVQ 3 Early Years Care & Education, BA Early Learning and Childcare (Graduate Apprentice).

You must also meet the registration requirements of a Practitioner with SSSC.
