As an Apprenticeship Advisor, you'll:
* Be the main point of contact for apprentices, guiding and supporting them throughout their journey.
* Carry out progress reviews and provide pastoral care to help apprentices thrive.
* Work closely with employers to ensure they receive excellent service and support.
* Support curriculum teams to ensure programmes are high-quality, compliant, and successful.

Skills & Experience
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The role requires experience in a support, coordination, or compliance-focused position, along with the ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritise effectively, and maintain excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. You will need to be excellent at identifying opportunities and converting these to business through strong relationship management. Experience of relationship management and sales are essential to this role. Knowledge of apprenticeships and funding is an advantage; however full training will be provided.
