We are looking for a customer-focused and technically capable IT Support Technician to join our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide first-line support across a mixed technology environment, supporting both legacy on-premise systems and modern Azure/cloud-based platforms.
As a key member of the Support Services team, you will deliver high-quality technical support to internal users, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will also take part in an on-call rota to provide remote support outside standard working hours, in line with business requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing as an IT Support Technician
* Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and IT Service Management systems
* Logging, categorising, and prioritising tickets in line with SLAs
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and account-related issues
* Managing the full lifecycle of corporate iPhones and iPads (provisioning, configuration, support, decommissioning)
* Using MDM tools (e.g., Intune or Jamf) to maintain secure and compliant mobile device configurations
* Escalating complex issues to senior or 2nd/3rd line teams where appropriate
* Keeping users informed throughout the lifecycle of their request
* Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the knowledge base
* Participating in an on-call rota and responding to priority incidents within agreed timeframes
* Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with IT and security policies
What We’re Looking For as an IT Support Technician
Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Technical Knowledge
* Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
* Active Directory / Azure AD account administration
* Basic networking and remote access troubleshooting
* iOS device support (iPhones/iPads)
* ITSM and remote support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BeyondTrust, Cherwell)
* ITIL Foundation v4 certification (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
