The Role
You will provide high-level secretarial support within a busy commercial property team, working closely with the owner and alongside an existing secretary.
Key responsibilities include:
4. Audio typing and dictation (essential)
5. Drafting and amending commercial leases
6. Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
7. Completing and submitting SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) forms
8. General legal secretarial and administrative duties
