Hours: Variety of part-time positions including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends
Contract: Permanent or maternity cover available
Pay rate: £9.50 to £10.23 per hour, depending on shift

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Support Workers to join our team on a variety of shifts.
Your duties will be varied and wide-ranging, supporting our independent Homeowners where needed. You need to be happy working independently, using your own initiative.
You’ll be a visible and reassuring presence for Owners, being part of a team that helps to provide security and peace of mind 24 hours a day with the knowledge that someone is at hand if needed. You will help to maintain the communal areas, provide a safe environment for our Homeowners, and support activities within the development.

About you
The successful person will have excellent customer care skills, be empathetic, and enjoy a busy and varied role. Previous experience as a Support Worker is not essential; however, you will have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or the care industry.
You will be supportive and reassuring, able to maintain confidentiality, and know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy. You should also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the development.
To support with the maintenance administration of the site, you’ll have basic computer skills with previous experience of using email.
