As a Chef/Cook at MHA you will be responsible for managing the efficiency, hygiene and safety in the catering area, organising and supervising other staff working in the kitchen whilst maintaining the correct HACCP principals in all catering areas and ensuring all legislative standards are met. Planning menus to provide nutritionally balanced and attractive meals and when necessary, providing for any special diets. An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities. Taking stock of ingredients and creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh!
