We're currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner SEN schools in Barrow-in-Furness.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
About the Role:* Position: Teaching Assistant (SEN - Supply)* Location: Barrow-in-Furness* Start Date: as soon as possible * Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available* Pay: £90 - £120 per day
Key Responsibilities:* Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges.* Work 1:1 and in small groups to promote engagement, independence, and progress.* Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.* Contribute to daily routines, sensory activities, and emotional regulation support.
