Key Responsibilities of the Psychology Graduate – Classroom-Based Support Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
* Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and interventions
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and communication development
* Implement strategies to encourage independence and positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
