Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending upon experience)

Are you a passionate disciple of Jesus, gifted in leadership, with a calling to connect with young people and draw them to Jesus? Are you willing to step out in faith, build God’s Kingdom, and engage in creative mission and ministry amongst teenagers?
We're looking to appoint a Youth Ministry Leader (YML) to join the leadership team at Campden Baptist Church (CBC) serving in this strategic ministry position. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate and enthusiastic about seeing the lives of young people transformed.
We are looking for someone to lead and build on our existing youth work, influence, grow, develop, co-ordinate and have pastoral oversight for all aspects of 11-18’s (secondary school ages) youth work at CBC.
CBC is a growing church in the North Cotswolds committed to mission and relevant engaging ministry, and are passionate to see Jesus’ Kingdom built.
The job is a full-time position (with a probationary period of 6 months), or exploring options with us for a job share role.
