As Tosca continues to evolve and scale across the EMEA region, this role will be key in shaping our people strategy and supporting our leaders through a period of transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner will balance strategic impact with hands-on delivery, driving initiatives that enable a high-performance, inclusive culture.

2. Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and track impact.
3. Drive performance management and talent development programs, ensuring clear succession and growth pipelines.
4. Lead engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
