£15 per hour plus holiday pay.
The role is based in a very nice office environment, working as part of a small, friendly team. You will be responsible for processing sales orders and handling incoming calls to support customer needs.
Duties will include:
Processing sales orders received via email or telephone
Responding to customer service enquiries by email and phone
Working closely with the sales team to support order processing and account communication
Proactively investigating pricing queries and resolving issues efficiently
Carrying out general administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have previous office-based experience, including sales order processing. Experience using Sage Line 50 is essential.
