This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality Crime and Regulatory work, among other highly regarded practice areas.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Regulatory Solicitor to support the Partner, dealing with regulatory cases and inquest work. The work is for corporate clients and working with corporate sector risks colleagues rather than solely for insurance companies such as environment, health and safety cases.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with Health & Safety experience as well as Inquests.
The successful candidate will predominantly assist the Partner, with inquest work, health and safety and regulatory cases.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in Health and Safety or Inquests
* Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
* Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
