About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the smooth running of our busy, customer-focused restaurant. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, train, and support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
* Manage staff rotas, performance, and recruitment activities.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
* Support budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: 3 years
Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written English
