Job Role
We are hiring a Careers Adviser to work within custody. As a CIAG Adviser, you will operate within prison settings, empowering individuals to develop skills, confidence, and aspirations for a fresh start through tailored career coaching, workshops, and personalized action plans. You will inspire individuals to envision and achieve brighter futures beyond custody.

Salary and Benefits
£26,000 to £29,545 (dependent on experience), plus benefits including:
