Job Description
Come and join our team. The Governing Body are looking for an experienced and approachable Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, dedicated, and professional admin team on a part-time basis, term time only.
This is a varied role that includes general office and administrative duties, as well as being the welcoming face of the school. You will play a key part in ensuring that all pupils, families, and visitors are greeted warmly and that their entry and exit from the school is safe and efficient.
The successful candidate will:
* Have excellent communication and literacy skills.
* Be confident multitasking in a busy environment.
* Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
* Be proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, internet use, and databases.
* Be friendly, efficient, enthusiastic, and organised.
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm (30-minute unpaid break each day)
Working Pattern (Rolling Rota)
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday
* Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday
