Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Hold a teaching qualification and relevant subject specialist qualification; commitment to obtain outstanding qualification within 12 months
* Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or commitment to achieve within a set timeframe (for Teachers in YOI only)
* Create stimulating learning environments
* Achieve quality targets
* Produce accurate and timely reports
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and enthuse learners
