We are a leading temporary works specialist with over 60 years in the industry, delivering the right temporary works solutions for civil engineering and construction projects of varying scale. Our customers range from contractors and asset owners to consulting engineers and small builders.
Responsibilities
* Inspire, motivate, and lead a national account team to generate revenue and provide engineering solution services.
* Develop and negotiate trading agreements and positioning that create long-standing revenue opportunities.
* Research, identify, and evaluate customer plans to align strategic opportunities between Mabey Hire and the customer.
* Develop and coach national account managers to ensure capability and skills to deliver strategy and customer engagement.
* Develop, identify, articulate, and implement a national account strategy across the business by collaborating with senior sales and marketing leadership.
* Be the expert on the customer – including connections, geographies, activities, financials, and work-winning approaches to drive revenue growth.
What you need
* Experience of working within the construction industry.
* Strong collaboration and communication with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams; leadership of a sales team.
* Experience in a national accounts role within a multi-product organisation.
