The Role
Full-time Early Years Teacher position
Teaching pupils within EYFS with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delay
Delivering creative, sensory, and play-based learning opportunities
Working closely with therapists, support staff, and parents
Creating individualised learning plans tailored to pupil needs
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working within EYFS
Previous SEN experience desirable but not essential
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
Passion for supporting children with additional needsThe School Offers
