What you will be doing
You will play a key role in ensuring settlement requests and related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and legal requirements. A strong focus on meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
* Ricoh are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Settlements & Terminations team based in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who can manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
* Processing all settlement requests accurately and within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
* Handling incoming queries from both internal and external customers, providing timely and professional support.
* Managing correspondence effectively, maintaining organised records and responding within agreed timeframes.
* Developing a strong understanding of lease agreements (service and rental) and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Working collaboratively within the Settlements team to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
You will ideally have
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with any experience of Oracle or Siebel an advantage.
* Ability to interpret data and present information clearly.
* A proactive, positive 'can-do' attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
