Our Branded Business Unit require a Retail Team Member to ensure the smooth delivery, front and back of house, of the premium retail experience within our historic Dufftown Distillery.

Main Responsibilities
Working with the other Retail Team Members, you will be promoting our products, following gift shop operational procedures including fulfilling orders, cash-handling, maintaining stock levels through stock management procedures. Ensuring a safe public visiting and working experience in line with site policies and HMRC guidelines. You will be expected to attend and contribute, where appropriate to team meetings and implementation of team plans and continuous improvement projects.

You’ll help us welcome visitors from across the globe and ensure they have an enjoyable, memorable experience here, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Through warm, engaging, informative interactions, you’ll help share stories about this amazing place and world leading products. Ideally someone with an understanding of / willingness to learn about our unique business, brands, and the Scottish whisky industry; excellent “front of house” persona - warm, welcoming, helpful, patient and has a passion for offering memorable experiences.
