We are seeking a marketer who will help with account penetration, lead management, and data preparation & reporting, helping accelerate pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert at Microsoft Excel, understand data and numbers very well, be collaborative, and have a strong interest in software technology. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with various team members. Responsibilities: Demand Generation Support: Assist with demand generation strategies by creating and maintaining centralized tracking documents and databases for various types of marketing campaigns and projects Lead Upload: Ensure leads from various types of campaigns are uploaded in to specialized excel templates with the highest accuracy and urgency Lead Tracking: Ensure timely flow of all leads into the Zebra CRM and marketing automation systems Data Quality: Review contact and data quality in Salesforce.com and other systems to make improvements using ZoomInfo and Hoovers databases Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Research and develop value proposition and messaging for target accounts as directed by our Global ABM manager. Pull account lists and append relevant account and contact data as needed. Content Syndication Programs: Review incoming leads and job titles to ensure high data quality and 100% fit with our Ideal Customer Profiles Analytics & Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools and PowerBI dashboards to measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of all demand generation activities and campaigns. Create excel reports, pivot tables, and heat maps as needed. Budgeting: Assist with the marketing budgeting and invoicing process to centralize team efforts Review: Review various marketing documents for correctness and accuracy of information before launch to large internal and external audiences Other: Participate in other ad hoc marketing activities as requested Qualifications: - Enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Preferred Requirements: - Excellent written/verbal communication - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel - Commitment to teamwork and the ability to operate in a matrix business environment - Good analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while meeting all deadlines To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via @zebra.com (https://www.zebra.com/ap/en.html) email accounts.
