Develop and expand overseas customer relationships, including new client acquisition, communication, and long-term relationship management. Provide technical support to international clients by delivering product and solution support, including requirement analysis, solution design, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. Provide on-site technical support for customers and resolve technical issues encountered during product usage. Participate in project implementation, including deployment, system integration, configuration, and commissioning of solutions. Collaborate with the after-sales team to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during product operation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. Experience in overseas automotive pre-sales technical support, with familiarity in automotive system integration solutions and implementation; existing overseas automotive customer resources are preferred. Proficient in English with the ability to communicate and conduct technical discussions with international clients. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
