Job Description The Product Transformation Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role within the Three Mobile Transformation team. Reporting to the Transformation Product Lead, this role supports the build, migration, and optimisation of tariffs, propositions, and product portfolios as part of transformation initiatives. The role focuses on tariff simplification, rationalisation, portfolio build, testing, gap identification, and mitigation, while ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and alignment across stakeholders and programme governance. The Specialist supports the Transformation Product Lead and Manager in driving consistent decision-making and maintaining visibility of Three Mobile across wider programme forums. What you'll do Tariff & Proposition Support Support tariff simplification and rationalisation activities, ensuring propositions and products are aligned to platform capabilities. Assist in the build of new or updated product portfolios, propositions, and Value-Added Services. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or issues across the portfolio and work with Transformation Product Leads to resolve them. Build, Testing & Issue Resolution Support end-to-end testing of products and propositions, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Record, track, and manage defects, gaps, or risks, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment. Contribute to the development of mitigation plans for identified issues. Communication & Reporting Represent Three Mobile in wider programme forums, ensuring visibility of product and proposition impacts, risks, and dependencies. Log and maintain records of all key decisions, actions, and escalations across assigned product areas. Ensure all communication cascades are complete, timely, and clearly understood by relevant stakeholders. Prepare updates, reports, and documentation for governance forums, steering committees, and programme boards. Governance & Stakeholder Alignment Support the Transformation Product Lead and Manager in preparing for governance forums, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned. Ensure all stakeholders (Product, Proposition, GTM, Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams) are informed of changes, decisions, and migration impacts. Assist in escalation and resolution of any issues or blockers raised during programme delivery. Customer & Commercial Focus Support initiatives that minimise disruption to customer journeys and experience during transformation. Ensure builds and migrations support commercial outcomes and operational readiness. Assist in monitoring and reporting impacts on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service performance. Programme Delivery Support Support the Transformation Product Lead in delivering migration milestones and programme objectives. Track dependencies and highlight blockers or risks to ensure smooth delivery. Work within agile or programme delivery processes to support planning, backlog management, and releaseexecution. Qualifications Who you are Experience in product, proposition, or transformation delivery support roles, ideally within telecoms, mobile, or digital services. Hands-on experience with product testing, gap analysis, issue resolution, and mitigation. Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills; able to maintain visibility across multiple stakeholders. Comfortable representing the business in programme forums and escalating issues appropriately. Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to support leads and managers effectively.
