We’re partnering with a globally recognised architectural practice that specialises in bringing world-class spaces, events, and experiences to life across sport, entertainment, and the built environment. Their SW London studio brings together architects, designers, technologists and innovators. They are seeking a proactive, personable AV & IT Support Analyst to join their front-of-house IT team.
This is far from a traditional IT support role. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you’ll ensure every interaction with technology is smooth, simple, and stress-free. You’ll work closely with the wider IT and Admin teams to refine systems, improve processes, and enhance overall studio operations.
About You
* Clear, confident communication skills

* Solid experience supporting AV and IT systems
* Solid understanding of POLY equipment
* Strong organisation and time-management abilities
* The confidence to work independently, and the judgement to escalate when needed
* Willingness to be flexible and support occasional out-of-hours events
