As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Sales and Marketing team in driving revenue and strengthening the visibility of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. Highly organised and proactive, you will play an important role in coordinating reporting, managing administrative processes and supporting commercial initiatives that contribute to the hotel’s overall performance. Working closely with the Director of Sales and the wider commercial team, you will help ensure sales activities, client communications and marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly and efficiently. You will Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team Respond to incoming enquiries from colleagues and clients via phone and email with professionalism and warmth Compile weekly and monthly sales reports and support revenue tracking for the department Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and client documentation Support the coordination of sales activities including site inspections, events and sales missions Assist with appointment scheduling, travel arrangements and planning for sales trips Update hotel website content and third party platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency Coordinate menu updates and work with suppliers on print production where required Manage purchase orders and support the accurate processing of departmental invoices Maintain and organise digital asset libraries for sales and marketing materials Support promotional activities, sales plans and marketing initiatives Manage hotel vouchers including administration, pricing and tracking of usage Maintain organisation and administration of sales and marketing systems Build strong relationships with colleagues across departments to support commercial activity Attend team briefings and contribute ideas to support departmental success Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro What We’re Looking For You are highly organised, detail focused and confident working in a fast paced commercial environment. With strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, you enjoy supporting teams and ensuring processes run smoothly. Ideally you bring experience in hospitality, sales support or marketing coordination and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
