Dive into a role where you'll be the driving force behind an exciting and positive swimming environment. As a Swimming Teacher at Clifton, you'll follow the wave of excellence, meticulously planning lessons in line with the ASA National Swim Plan to ensure swimmers progress and achieve their goals.
Your role will involve assessing swimmers' abilities, providing regular and accurate feedback, and offering clear technical instructions to drive improvement. Celebrate success as you work towards class promotions and badges, acknowledging and revelling in the accomplishments of our swimmers. Craft tailor-made lessons, customizing each session to suit the skill levels of our swimmers for a personalized and effective learning experience.
You'll command the pool, maintaining full control over your class to ensure lessons run smoothly and safely. As part of the team, you'll organize and supervise assistants and helpers, collaborating with the Swim Academy Manager to ensure a synchronized swimming experience. Safety is paramount; you'll uphold safety standards in all lessons and take responsibility for shaping the program, always striving to populate upper-grade classes.
