Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, located in Greater Boston. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the executive's diary, coordinating meetings, and handling clerical tasks. Daily tasks will also include facilitating communication, ensuring efficient time management, and assisting with various personal and professional projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Proficient in Communication and Diary Management
* Strong Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
