We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Cambridge Adult Locality Team. Candidates should hold a degree or relevant professional registration as an Occupational Therapist and be active members of a dynamic, highly motivated, skilled, and creative team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong team work ethic, a sense of accountability, and the ability to work under pressure, with a desire for innovation.
You will manage a caseload of diverse service users, delivering a range of clinical skills and building therapeutic, recovery-based relationships.
The Cambridge Adult Locality team supports working-age adults with moderate to severe affective and psychotic disorders, drawing from multidisciplinary expertise to provide support in various ways.
Working in a supportive environment that values supervision and professional development, you will have a voice in service development.
This role offers experience within a sought-after area, with exposure to wider, interdisciplinary team dynamics, and collaboration with external agencies and local authorities to meet service users' needs.
