About the Role
As Operations Director, you'll play a pivotal role in:
* Building and sustaining partnerships with commissioners, housing associations, and care providers.
* Leading due diligence for new services, partnerships, or acquisitions.
* Driving business growth, ensuring new opportunities balance financial sustainability with social impact.
* Overseeing governance, compliance, and risk management.
* Influencing at a strategic level and representing our organisation externally.
About You
You'll bring:
* Senior-level experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
* A proven ability to build partnerships and influence Local Authorities or Commissioners.
* Strong business development skills and financial acumen.
* A track record of leading operational teams to deliver excellent outcomes.
* Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in social care and/or housing.
* A collaborative, values-driven leadership style with integrity and resilience.
