What you00ll be doing
* Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using C# / .NET Core and cloud technologies.
* Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to deployment and continuous improvement.
* Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate real00world healthcare challenges into elegant technical solutions.
* Owning the reliability, performance, and scalability of your code in production environments.
* Helping shape technical strategy and mentoring other engineers to raise the overall engineering standard.

What we00re looking for
* Solid experience building production software in C# (or a comparable language such as Java).
* A strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and clean architecture principles.
* Exposure to agile, cross00functional product teams where user value drives technical decisions.
* Ideally, experience working within the HealthTech sector 00or on software used by clinicians, patients, or healthcare partners.
* A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative, problem00solving approach.
