Overview
Your local store is looking for 8 hrs per week Sales Assistant. We offer pay for 18+ at £12.21 per hour and 16-17 at £7.55 per hour. This is a temporary role for the Dunelm team focused on creating great experiences for customers, from the first hello to the final thank you.
Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day. Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores — a brilliant team at the heart of everything we do. They help customers find the perfect item, offer inspiration, and ensure every customer leaves with what they came for and a lasting impression that brings them back.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, on-brand service to customers in-store.
* Assist customers with product selection and guidance.
* Support team with merchandising and store presentation.
* Ensure a positive customer experience from greeting to checkout and follow-up.
Qualifications
* Entry level acceptable
* Availability for 8 hours per week
* 18+ for pay at £12.21 per hour (18+) or 16-17 at £7.55 per hour (16-17)
* Temporary employment status
* Retail environment experience is not required but helpful
