Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing business based in Kettering, is seeking skilled and motivated experienced Title Checkers to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
As an experienced Title Checker, your key duties & responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures, reviewing, checking and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries, managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency, liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions.
To be considered for the Title Checker role you will have proven experience in title checking, demonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, will have excellent organisational and written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently. You will have strong attention to detail
