This is an internal position within our Glasgow headquarters. You will be employed within our busy after-sales divisions and the role will involve: Answering incoming telephone calls from customers Preparing service reports and sending them to customers Preparing quotes and tenders General admin duties Practical Experience The candidate must be computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel and possess a good telephone manner Required Characteristics Reliable and self motivated individual Proficient computer skills - Word, Excel Previous experience of an admin role within an engineering environment would be beneficial.
