Overview
Senior Clerical Assistant
Located within one of our establishments, you will provide senior clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment. Your main duties will include managing the co-ordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis and to assist in the supervision of a small team of administrative staff.

* Provide senior clerical and administrative support to the establishment.
Qualifications and requirements
* Good knowledge of IT packages, moderate relevant clerical experience, good organisational skills and effective communication skills.
* Ability to meet agreed deadlines; work effectively as part of a team; and use own initiative.
* An SVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable; supervisory experience is also desirable.
* You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
Contract
This is a temporary post to 26/06/2025.
