Responsibilities
* People are the reason you love retail! You’ll warmly welcome every customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.
* Discover customers’ needs and reason for their visit through friendly conversation.
* Delight customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring to check for allergens throughout your time with them.
* Close the sale and confidently recommend additional products such as gift bags.
* Thank customers for shopping with us, ensuring they leave happy.
* Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges at the till.
* Respond to customer feedback.
* Support your team with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area clear and tidy in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Maintain the appearance of the store and café areas to high standard.
* In a café area, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks according to guidelines while focusing on upselling.
* Support the success of your store and team wherever possible.
