Background/General Purpose of Position:

The Global Reward Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of Unilever’s reward agenda across the globe. This role involves supporting compensation, job evaluation, incentive, and transparency programs, ensuring alignment with Unilever’s reward philosophy, standards, and priorities. Responsibilities include supporting job evaluation review, annual pay review, global pay transparency, and incentive program improvements.

There will be four Global Reward Analyst roles working as a team, reporting to the Head of Reward Architecture & Base Pay and the Head of Pay Transparency & Incentives. These analysts will collaborate with regional teams, PEX, and HR partners to deliver insights and operational excellence.

Expected Work

1. Compensation Delivery: Support global compensation programs, including benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual reviews, job evaluation, and incentive delivery.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze reward data, provide insights for decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
3. Project and Process Support: Help simplify and automate reward processes, develop tools and templates, and document procedures.
4. Stakeholder Management: Support cross-functional initiatives, build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reward solutions are effective and compliant.
5. Collaboration: Work with global teams to balance workloads, streamline processes, and ensure efficient execution.
6. Global Projects: Participate in projects to improve reward practices and processes.
7. Training and Communication: Develop training and communicate reward policies clearly across the organization.

This role requires working within resources and across teams to meet deliverables.

Problem Solving

This position involves technical problem-solving and process review to ensure effective, simple, and well-designed end-to-end reward processes.

Change

Building and refreshing reward offerings will require innovation and industry-leading solutions.

Task Horizon

Operational delivery typically spans up to 12 months.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

* 2-5 years in reward functions, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other tools. Experience with Workday is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and present insights.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions.
* Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
* Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Effective team collaboration skills.
