Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager.
The Role
To effectively manage existing and new relationships across a series of product lines.
To deliver opportunities whilst identifying and managing risk, that support business objectives.
To ensure that products meet the needs of the end customer.
Key Tasks
Work with existing partners to understand current and future proposition to ensure opportunities are maximised and communicated to the wider business.
Work with key contacts to ensure early engagement of new developments and secure commercial advantage for the network.
Through market knowledge, identify, develop and deliver opportunities that support business objectives and proposition strategy, whilst ensuring that robust commercial models and measurements are in place.
Support brokers with product support and case escalation to lenders and providers when required
To have a broad and detailed understanding of the market regulatory landscape and ensure that this understanding is deployed across the business
Effectively manage MI to identify trends and harness any opportunities or risks presented.
Deliver development opportunities and promotion of opportunities directly by liaising and building relationships.
Ensure that any agreements/products adhere to regulatory/ FCA requirements including fair value standards and Consumer Duty.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience/skills
CeMap, CeRER or CII is desirable
Experience in previous account or relationship management in financial services
Excellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationship
