Base Salary: £28,000 plus uncapped commission.
Starting Salary Review: Every 6 months.
Start Date: 11th May 2026.
Overview
We are looking for a self‑motivated, phone‑savvy sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Consultant. The role offers a fast growth pathway to senior consulting positions and ultimately to business‑development leadership roles.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and generate new sales opportunities.
* Conduct sales conversations, identify customer needs, and present solutions that drive revenue.
* Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward closed deals.
* Book and manage appointments with senior decision‑makers.
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM and report regular sales activity.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to ensure continuous lead flow.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
* Comfortable using phone and email to build relationships and drive sales cycles.
* Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
* Prior experience with a commission‑based compensation structure is preferred.
