We have an exciting opportunity for an Equine Coordinator to join our busy admin team at Wendover Park Equine.
This is an office-based admin position, and you will be the first point of contact for our clients. No day is ever the same, and you will play an active role in client care, managing bookings, and the daily diary.
Daily tasks:
1. Making bookings
2. Overseeing the diary
3. Contacting clients
4. Completing insurance forms and handling insurance queries
5. Managing accounts, including running and sending out daily invoices and reminders

Our team works both on the road at various locations and within our on-site clinic, which features 5 stables, a treatment room, theatre, lunge pen, trot-up area, and paddocks.
About you
The role is varied and sometimes busy. We are looking for someone who is organized, enjoys teamwork but can also work independently, and maintains high standards with good communication skills.
Equine experience is helpful but not essential, as in-house training will be provided.
Shift pattern:
You will work a full- or part-time schedule totaling 40 hours per week, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
