Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Legal 500 Firm who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to their team. This company are a dominant player in the region who are known for having excellent relationships with their clients. Ideally, they are looking to recruit somebody who has a minimum of 5 years experience in Residential Conveyancing (Solicitor or CILEX/Fee Earning). They need someone who has a variety of technical experience, dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload.
The ideal candidate will have trained or developed assistants before, however this is not required for this role. In this role, you will be managing a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload. You will also have the opportunity to do some fee-earning work, whilst working independently and dealing with: mortgage reports, title reports, leasehold matters, dealing with enquiries, new build and shared ownership. The salary for this role will be between £36,000 and £50,000, depending on experience.
