Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised Engineering Maintenance Administrator to join our Engineering team at York to support the planning, scheduling and delivery ofmaintenance activities across our operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
The role will include:
* Super user and site lead for the management and development of theCMMS system
* Planning and distribution of works orders and planned maintenance. Keeping Engineering department updated on outstanding actions
* Work closely with the Asset Care Manager to aid with implementation of the CMMS System
* Raising purchase orders for corrective and improvement work
* Work in conjunction with the Engineering Management team to ensure all Engineering health and safety documentationfor contractor site visits is up to date and stored in the relevant contractor folder.
* Daily, weekly, monthly updates of the Engineering KPI’s
* Maintain accurate maintenance records to establish cost of ownership, to facilitate proactive maintenance and better procurement of new equipment.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a maintenance coordination, engineering support, or similar role
* Demonstrated knowledge of understanding areas of quality control, health, safety, environment, and effective cost management
* CMMS(Hollistech) knowledge and experience would be ideal
* Ability to engage front line Engineers and mobilise teams in pursuit of common goals.
* Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
