The Role
As a Driver/Valet, you’ll be the friendly face of Steer in Lincoln. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer vehicles are collected, delivered, and presented to the highest standards. Whether you’re on the road or supporting the team onsite, you’ll uphold the service and values that set Steer apart.
Key Responsibilities
14. Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
15. Perform basic checks (fuel, cleanliness, visible damage)
16. Accurately complete vehicle handover and documentation
17. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
18. Provide friendly, professional service with every customer interaction
19. Assist with vehicle movement and yard organisation onsite
What We’re Looking For
20. Full UK driving licence with a clean record
21. Great attention to detail and a pride in presentation
22. Positive, customer-focused attitude
23. Punctual, reliable, and responsible
24. Previous experience in valeting or vehicle delivery (desirable but not essential)
