About the Role As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to adults within our Barnaby House Extra Care Facility in Middlesbrough helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include: Completing initial assessments and care plans Staff observations and supervisions Personal care Meal preparation and basic cooking Light household tasks Food shopping Companionship and emotional support No experience needed – full training provided!
