Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Junior IT Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service & IT solutions for an internal team. This is a graduate/entry-level position with a significant growth trajectory.
Responsibilities & Skill-set:
1. Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support within the business.
2. Offer technical support and assistance to internal employees.
3. Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
4. Standard desktop support.
5. Maintain operating systems (Microsoft 365, Linux).
6. Assist in maintaining Wi-Fi and network infrastructure.
7. Utilize scripting languages as needed.
Requirements:
1. 2:1 degree or higher, or a Master’s degree from a top university.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. A passion to learn and grow within an innovative business.
