We are currently recruiting on behalf of a supported living care provider, seeking a detail-oriented
**Activity & Rostering
Coordinator**
to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality care operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the formulation and implementation of service user activities and staff rostering functions.
* Systematically solve day-to-day problematical issues which arise.
* Organise and co-ordinate Care services in accordance with current best practices, agreed standards, and legislative requirements.
* Ensure that the Care service is delivered in a safe and person-centred manner.
* Assist in the development of the philosophy, goals, and objectives for the Care practice.
* Support an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.
* Support the implementation of policies and procedures.
* Assist individual staff members to develop in their roles and levels of compliance with agreed standards.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
* Great level of admin skills.
* Good understanding of Care Requirements and the legislation governing Care services.
* Willing to learn and committed to maintaining Care skills at a current level, undertaking all required training and development.
* Valid Driving License is essential for service coordination and travel, a company vehicle is available for work-related use.
Highly Desirable Experience & Qualifications:
* Ideally, 2 years of experience in supported living or similar Care settings, providing a practical foundation for understanding rostering challenges and service user needs.
* Possesses or is actively working toward an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification), demonstrating a recognised level of competence in the field.
* Experience that enables the organisation, co-ordination, and supervision of Care service deployment efficiently.
